Country Line DAnce
You won't know what fun this popular pastime is till you try it! You will enjoy this class whether you take it for learning dances to do with friends on social nights or want the exercise and memory practice. These dances are great for birthday parties, cruises, weddings, social gatherings and just plain dancing in the house. Great for improving cardio fitness, muscle strength, coordination and laughter.

TAP DAnce
Put some rhythm in your life! Learn to Tap Dance. No experience necessary. Basic steps, shuffles, timesteps, paradiddles, and a fun easy routine will all be taught.

LATIN SIZZLE EXERCISE
You love Latin music but have never known how to dance to it without a partner. Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia steps will be taught and made into exercises, which will burn your calories and give you confidence in movement.
(This is not partner dancing. This is exercise.)
FIT OVER 50!
This fun personal dynamic class keeps you strong and toned for the future. We begin with cardio/dance for warm-up and stamina, continue to strengthen arms, legs, abdominals, the back, and the glutes. We end the class with a sweet stretch on the floor. Try one class for $25 as a drop-in, and I'm sure you will like it!
Work at your pace, bringing weights suitable for you and a mat, water and towel.
A $4 material fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class.
